GETTING STARTED
In alignment with my mission to “do whatever I can…” I am proud to announce my new “by donation” pricing policy effective immediately. If you are reading this I am offering you the opportunity to pay for professional coaching based on what you can afford. In order for coaching to be powerful and in respect of my time and effort, their must some form of donation or trade of products/ services made and a commitment of at least three months to the coaching process.
Step 1- BOOK YOUR FREE SAMPLE COACHING CONSULTATION HERE. Please state your name, why you are looking for a coach and the amount you would like to offer as your donation. Coach Rob will respond within 2 working days to let you know if he has any available coaching spaces.
Step 2- If Coach Rob has a space for you, an initial coaching consultation will be scheduled. This is your opportunity for you and your coach to get to know each other and to determine whether you work well together. If his roster is full you can request to be put on a waiting list. New roster spaces usually become available within a few weeks.
Step 3- If, after your initial coaching consultation, you and your coach decide to proceed a formal coaching agreement and schedule will be drafted up and the rest of your coaching start-up package will be emailed to you. Please note that your donations must be received before your coaching start-up package will be sent out.
Step 4- Make your donation: Secure payments (Paypal) can be made online with VISA, MASTERCARD or AMERICAN EXPRESS and/or monthly payments can be made with post dated checks. All donations are due in advance of each coaching agreement or extension.
TOTAL SATISFACTION GUARANTEE: “If, at anytime during your coaching agreement, you are not satisfied with my coaching and/or the results you are getting and we are unable to reach a resolution, a full refund will be issued for any remaining, unused coaching sessions.” Coach Rob
